Completely dedicated to YOUTH work, throught non formal education, exchanges, peace making, understanding, initiative and changes we can make.

European Voluntary Service:
v From December 2004 until December 2005, Youth Centre ‘Ahoy’, Belgium- one year long Project from YOUTH Programme, European Commission with following responsibilities:
Ø Coordinator for organization of Seminar “Breaking prejudices - accepting differences”, in Belgium, as a result of cooperation between SEE and EU countries.
Ø Coordinator for preparation meeting for future cooperation between SEE, EU, EEA countries, and Iceland
Ø Responsible for outgoing long term exchanges - EVS
Ø Responsible for developing Youth exchanges
Ø Writing manual for better EVS skills and techniques
Ø Future Capital, follow up of EVS, in realization; theme is making documentary movie about EVS volunteers and making promotion for long term volunteering, 2006

- Project for analyzing and development organizational structure for ‘Partner’ Marketing Research Agency

Working experience:
v 2004, ‘Synovate’, international marketing research agency, part-time job, working on logical control and editing questionnaires, respondent recruitment for focus groups, 6 months
v 2002-‘Dunav Electronic’, company for establishing information systems, I worked as an assistant on research for youth, 10 months.

Ø Coordinator for Exchange (sending and preparation of EVS volunteers, preparing Youth Exchange and participating in CMS’s)

v Organising project “Career Days”, a Job Fair where students meet with companies as prospective employers with aim to find and talk of jobs and company strategies to decrease unemployment
v Attended seminars for students of management, various workshops on leadership, presentation skills, team building, planning, conflict solving, etc.
v Organising student exchange in Belgrade University

v 1997-1998- High School Debate Club in Valjevo and Students Debate Club in Belgrade, attended workshops and debate seminars and competitions
