Personal statement:

My names is Faiza Abdi-nor Jama, my country is Somalia, am single, My age is 24 I work currently as Youth Coordinator previously also I was working with (We Are Women Activists Network) Women NGO’s of Somalia Country located Eastren africa As you are aware of in Somalia civil war has broken out 1990s and still we are in the civil war, (16 years). Now we have official federal government but isnt fully fuction and we wish to get this chance of having a good government, based on democracy and respect of fundemental rights regarding academic background all schools attended were in Somalia particularly in Bosaso, Puntland State of Somalia, Although Puntland regions has regional government and gets a lot of opprotunity to improve their community educational and I am one of those people who got advantage of the education such as high schools and University degree, although most of people didn’t get chance due to the cost and the life of somalia being hard, Unfurtunately during my study I was working and got more capacity building to handle my works and reached the position of Coordinating this International Youth organization and that is my most important thing in my life because I have got a lot of opportunity as I work with in the community and that gives me more experience in the community and learn different community/ culture attitude , I do a lot of surveys of health and reserch study on those communities, and also I was working in different work stations such as women in grass roots, child and youth groups that could not get the access and chance of education, becouse of being influential, when empoweing the community in the field, particularly women who are illetare and most needy, the chance given to the , will be give me the value added expertise and experience in realisation of my goal of giving back to the community, the maximum return on knowledge and skills I acqu
