Clement is from a village called Okyinso near Kade in the eastern region of Ghana. He is currently field personnel for The Church of Pentecost a Religious Organisation in 84 Nations.He is a Resident Pastor of the Pentecost International Worship Centre Suame Branch in Ghana. Clement is a natural born leader. At the age of eight he became the children’s group teacher in his church. He attended Awisa Presbyterian Boy's Boarding School from 1985-1988, Oda Secondary School from 1989-1992 both in the Eastern Region, Kumasi Workers College from 1995-1997 and the Institute of Management Studies now University College of Professional Studies for a three-year postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from 1998-2001. At the Institute, Clement was elected president of the Student Representative Council, acted as vice president for Ghana Union of Professional Students (GUPS) and a central committee member of National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS). Between1999-2000, he completed his national service in Bechem Government Hospital as assistant administrator. He worked with Enyidado Fishing Company as Marketing Executive and Enterprise Life Assurance Company as Sales Executive. In 2002, he was appointed the Country Coordinator for the Global Youth Action Network and also in charge of Global Youth Service Day in Ghana. He also served as the youth focal person for the United Nations Volunteers Ghana program from 2003-2005. He was nominated by the United Nations Ghana office to attend the first and second Pan-African Youth Leadership Summits in Senegal and Morocco as Ghana’s official delegate. He was again nominated by United Nations New York Office to attend the first ever United Nations Global Youth Leadership Summit in New York USA in 2006 where he was appointed United Nations YOUTH SPOKEPERSON for the Millennium Development Goals. Clement initiated the establishment of a National MDGs Youth Network for Ghana and served as a Youth representative on the Ghana National MDG’S committee. He has partnered with the following organizations for youth capacity building programs; Youth Employment Summit, Peace child, TakingITGlobal, Right to Play, Play Soccer, and the National Youth Council Ghana, TeenAids- Boston, Global Peace Initiative for Women,Threedotdash,Global Youth Coalition against AIDS, UN Foundation among others. Clement was admitted into Pentecost University College in 2004 to study theology as a ministerial student. He was selected by United Nations office of Sports for Peace and Development to attend AU/Nepad Communication Cluster workshop as youth delegates from Ghana in April 2007. In 2006 after the United Nations Global Youth Leadership in USA Sun Microsystems enrolled Clement for the 3Creekmentorship program for two years.
Currently, Clement serves on a number of organizations as council member which includes, UN Global Youth Leadership Platform, Pan-African Youth Leadership Network, Global Youth Action Network, Global Peace Initiative of Women, TeenAids International, TakingITGlobal, UN Volunteers, and Global Partnership Knowledge. Clement was elected as the Chairman for the Bole District Oversight Committee for the African Peer Review Mechanisms. He is also a member of the Apeadu Peace Center and International Youth Peace Network, and attended the Africa's Future Leaders Foundation Conference.
