Originally from the US, I have lived and worked in Asia since 1997 and am still currently based in Singapore. I am interested in civil society movements and businesses that address poverty, sustainable development, social justice and economic empowerment. I am also very concerned about environmental and climate change issues, especially in relation to their impact on humanity.
I am currently Managing Director of my own small consulting firm, The Lynk Group. I also currently serve as HR Advisor to the Clinton Climate Initiative. (www.clintonfoundation.org).
In 2006 I formed, with a great team of local Singaporean youth leaders, Footprint Singapore. We organize, network and campaign around ethical consumption, Fair Trade and related issues. Check out fairtrade.sg
Apart from spending time with my family, including my two sons Zac and Finn and husband Rob, and the professional and volunteer interests above, I love reading, traveling and outdoor activities such as hiking and diving. At one point in my life, pre-kids, I did plenty of each.
