 About Me |
I would love to meet me if I were someone else as I believe that I am an interesting individual.I love life. I live by the philosophy that man has lived only when he has found his destined purpose and fulfilled it. It is not when he has en massed all the monies and temporal treasures of this life that he is in accordance with his purpose. When we have reached self knowledge, then our lives are more worthwhile and we become complete, beauteous souls, embarking on our evolutionary sojourn with more resolve and zest.
Additionally, we gain strength in our strides towards our goals when we exercise our muscles of goodwill in hepling others reach their goals. I strongly believe that one is happier when he can brighen other's lives even to the slightest degree.
I am a passionate writer, and my efforts have been justly met with several international and national awards an accolades to show for it. I love to workout and play tennis and I love all kinds of music. I love children dearly and intend to adopt ten when I get older. I have had the opotunity to work with the less fortunate through liasoning with the Jamaica Tourist Board from 2001 to 2002, when I served as a county Director on the Youth Tourism in Action Club. In addition, I have become more cognisant of Jamaica's natural resources and its capability to become more advanced technologically and socially. I have recently met with the Minister of Industry, Commerce and Technology , Phillip Paulwell, to dicuss the prospects of Hydroelectric Power generation in the island as a more economic and environmentally friendly energy source.
I am currently in pursuit of a Bachelor of Sciene doulbe major in Geography and Media and communications with an emphasis on Print and On-line journalism. This will better equip me for today's journalism frontier. My message to today's youth is to be objective, responsible choice makers that are not daunted by their apparent limitations, be focused and determined in an unrelenting quest to better themselves- do what you love to do!.
