1/98 – Present Southend Community Services (Our Piece of the Pie), Hartford, CT
Manager of Youth Employment: Created and managed participant database, co wrote and facilitate pre employment curriculum, interview and supervise youth for summer employment program, assist OPP students in the creation of their resumes, conduct mock interviews, and aid in the creation of documents used in daily office procedures for staff training, recruit for employment training, meet with school staff and community organizations to better serve youth.

Clerical Duties: Organize and updated file systems, photocopy, and fax.

Volunteer: Assisted in the beautification of a house, raked lawn, scraped old paint, and primed and painted.
