On the serious side, I've pretty much done it all in terms of high school, - President of the GSA at Marc Garneau C.I (MGCI), - also initiated and encouraged the current boom of cultural clubs and clubs of free expression through my term on SAC exec again @ MGCI, - President and co-organizer of the Presidents council under a guidance councillor and vice-principal, - ParentsNight student chair/supervisor, - art and advertising, - extensive volunteer/leadership work. - I'm officially a student peer-mediator! Lots of volunteer work including awareness committee chair of the relay for life at MGCI. - Was the student chair of communittee Service at Grade 8 and 9 level @ Aga Khan Academy, Nairobi. No offence ment to anyone but I think Bush and Harper should be worrying more about Darfur and Somalia then about Iraq and Afghanistan. They should concentrate on capacity building of the local armies and only help where needed. This would reduce the size of the forces being utilized in those regions and focus instead on the parts of the world that really need the help. The parts of the world they chose to help are those filled with resources so 'helping' them out would make them allies and therefore get full access to these resources that should be utilized by the country itself.
