How-Sen Chong holds a degree in Environment and Political Science from McGill University. Originally from Toronto, he is a advisor to Canada's Environment Minister on the 2004-2005 Youth Round Table on the Environment. He has been active with the Sierra Youth Coalition since 2001. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Sierra Club of Canada.
