Currently I am pursuing a Professional qualification (Chartered Institute of Marketing-CIM). My diverse knowledge also extends to the purchasing field as reflected in my key qualifications. Presently, am lecturing at Makerere University Business School (MUBS), under the department of Marketing and International Business. I lecture courses of Marketing, Management and Business Communication. The University (MUBS), has training /capacity development and research as its core business, which enables it deliver a bench-mark education and hence the leading institution in business and management in Uganda. This places me in another stronger position to provide high quality training and conduct research with a team of marketing and management gurus. Also am the Chairman, Uganda Chapter for Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives (UCCSRI), a stakeholder of the UN Global Compact within Uganda that promotes the “Ten principles of United Nations Global Compact.” The UCCSRI on behalf of UN Global Compact (which is an Initiative of the UN Sec General), asks companies to embrace, support and enact, within their sphere of influence, a set of core values in the areas of human rights, labour standards, the environment and anti-corruption. My Capacity building experience includes being hired to facilitate on: Donor projects funded by Japan International Development Agency (JICA), Directorate of Information and Communications Technology (DICTS), facilitate on Uganda Government funded agencies (Ministry of Tourism- Uganda Wildlife Authority, Ministry of International Affairs, etc), Private NGOs, etc. Details of these and many more capacity building and consultancy assignments. This has exposed me to greater needs, practicality and application of concepts and tasks that can easily promote any organization’s aims, objectives and programs.
