Narcisse Mbunzama Lokwa is founder and President of Infogroup International

He's world widely recognized as a social entrepreneur, member of International Network of Social Entrepreneurs( INSE) and member of Social Entrepreneurship & Complexity Interest Group at Adelphi University in USA.

Narcisse Mbunzama Lokwa is also member of many international organisations around the world, Its participation, commitment and contributions in different programs and projects in Africa and around the world allowed to give him an international and great notoriety.

He has leaded many programs and has been actively participating as speaker in many international conferences, forums and symposiums around the world and he played a key role and has made valuable contributions in different organisations as such as United Nations, Clean Up the world, International Telecommunication Union - Youth Network and contribute on different programs and projects related to the Information and Communication Technologies, Sustainable Development, Environment, Human rights, Good Governance, Democracy, Youth programs and related issues.

Narcisse Mbunzama Lokwa has received many prestigious awards and prices in recognition of his work around the world, among which :

1. The 2007 Award of merit for the Society of New Communications Research(Boston-Massachusetts,USA)

2. The Distinguee Fellow of Spectrum International,5Th Africa Telecommunication Summit & Southern African Development Community investment Forum 2003, Maputo-Mozambique.

3. International Telecommunication Union/Youth Award - ITU TELECOM 2001

Narcisse Mbunzama Lokwa is one of the information and communication Technologies young leaders for International Telecommunication Union (ITU) since 2001 and member of Internet Society (ISOC).

While at United Nations, Narcisse Mbunzama Lokwa’s international background and interests stood out, like many others United Nations-area, he served as a volunteer and summer intern in considerable United Nations organisations.

Narcisse Mbunzama Lokwa has served as Central Africa coordinator for African Environment Outlook for Youth ( AEO for Youth) and Associate Youth Advisor at Tunza Advisor Council in United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).

Narcisse Mbunzama Lokwa was also served as the United Nations World Summit on Sustainable Development Youth Caucus and World Summit on information Society Youth Caucus leader for the Democratic Republic of Congo.

In Democratic Republic of Congo, Narcisse Mbunzama Lokwa has initiated different projects as such as: Clean Up The World with Clean Up the World-Australia, Global Trees Plant Campaign with ENO Programme-Finland, Lesson for Live for HIV/AIDS with Global Movement For Children, Impact of Globalization on the Young People - Highly affected, rarely considered with International Youth Parliament/ Oxfam-Australia and No Child Soldiers in Democratic Republic of Congo with Infogroup International.

Narcisse Mbunzama Lokwa has written a number of selected papers and articles on relevant subjects in international, regional and national level and has been in internationals newspapers and televisions on considerable debates.
