Consultora independiente con experiencia en el diseño, gestión, monitoreo y evaluación de proyectos sociales y políticas públicas. Su experiencia se centra en la promoción del empoderamiento de poblaciones vulnerables, principalmente jóvenes.
Directora Ejecutiva de la Asociación Vientos del Sur,punto focal nacional en Argentina de la Coalición Global de Jóvenes contra el Sida GYCA; miembro del Directorio de la International Young Professionals Foundation y del Online Street Team del Proyecto Make some Noise, de Amnesty International. Es colaboradora del Observatorio Internacional de Justicia Juvenil y Coordinadora Técnica del Proyecto Entrepares , desarrollado en gestión asociada por la Dirección Nacional de Juventud, UNICEF y la FBAS. Creadora y coordinadora de la Sección Juventud del Festival Internacional DerHumALC Cine de Derechos Humanos.
Fue becada para su formación en Gerencia Social en el INDES . Fue docente en la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y en el Programa UBA XXII . Integró el Programa de Empresas de Economía Social, de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y otros grupos de investigación en el Instituto de Investigaciones Gino Germani y coordinó diversas actividades extracurriculares en los 3 Centros de detención del Sistema Penitenciario Federal donde desarrolló actividades la UBA entre 1995 y 2002.
Recibió variadas distinciones y reconocimientos a su liderazgo comunitario y a su espíritu emprendedor, de parte de organismos como el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo, CEPAL, Presidencia de la Nación y la Asamblea Permanente por los Derechos de la Mujer, entre otros. Ha sido invitada como panelista a numerosos eventos nacionales e internacionales para exponer su visión y experiencia en el campo del desarrollo social juvenil.

She is independent consultant with experience in the design, management, monitoring and evaluation of social projects and public policies. Her experience is focused in the promotion of the empowerment of underserver populations, mainly young people.
She is Executive Director of the Vientos del Sur Association, national focal point in Argentina of GYCA; member of the Director’s Board of the International Young Professionals Foundation and She is also member of the Online Street Team of the Make some Noise Project, in Amnesty International. She is collaborator of the International Juvenile Justice Observatory and she is Technical Coordinator of the Entrepares Project, developed in partnership by the National Direction of Youth, UNICEF and FBAS. She has created and is the coordinator of the Youth Section of the International Film Festival DerHumALC Cinema of Human Rights.
She has been granted a scholarship by the INDES to become qualified in Social Management. She also has educational experience in the Faculty of Social Ciences and within the framework of Programa UBA XXII. She integrated the Program of Companies of Social Economy, of the Faculty of Economic Sciences; she also has belonged to other groups of investigation in the Institute of Investigations Gino Germani and she has been coordinated diverse extracurricular activities in the 3 Centers of halting of the Federal Penitentiary System in where the UBA developed activities between 1995 and 2002.
She received varied distinctions and recognitions to her communitarian leadership and to her entrepreneur spirit, from organisms like the Inter-American Development Bank, CEPAL, Presidency of the Nation and the Permanent Assembly by the Rights of the Woman, among others. She has been invited like speaker to numerous national and international events to expose her vision and experience in the field of juvenile social development.
