About Me

Hi ......My name is Mostafa.
I'm 23 and come from IRAN. I have been born and lived for 18 years in the "city
of Rain": Rasht - in the north of Iran.

I'm an Industrial Engineer and am now doing my Master in Urban Affairs
Management in the University of Tehran (UT).

I have been a member of
iEARN (International Education And Resource
Network) since 2002. In 2006, I was elected as the iEARN World Youth
Representative till 2008.

I was the only Iranian delegate in the 3rd world Youth Congress in 2005, in
Scotland, and again the only Iranian youth in the CIVICUS Youth Assembly 2007
(last May in Glasgow, Scotland). Of course, i was also a member of the Steering
Group for the CIVICUS Youth Assembly, and worked online for about 2 months with
an international team to organize the event better, give innovative ideas,
and....

I am involved in many voluntary projects. My projects are more related to the
Millennium Development Goals, and aim to strengthen Cultural Understanding,
Raise Awareness on the MDGs, and empower youths to take action.
