I'm an anatomy graduate and i'm also a 5th blackbelt in taekwondo.i teach yoga and aerobics to private clients. I use the principles of sportsmanship to build confidence, build leadership skills and promote non violence amogst youth. I model once in a while, i love dancing,singing and drawing when i have the time. I am a passionate proponent of non violence and respect for other peoples views and culture. Martial arts and sports in general have a lot to teach us about patience, dedication, respect and team spirit. I am very interested in studying traditional african combat artforms.
