I am a strong, confident, competent and happy person. My first commitment is to commit myself to continued betterment, continued self-improvement and a continued effort to know more about everything that affect my life.
I strongly believe I'm an independant thinker and not afraid to disagree with what others hold as conventional wisdom. My strongest value is personal integrity, because I strongly believe integrity builds intellectual and psychological muscle.
I am playful, laugh a lot and see the funny side of things, even in the face of seeming tragedy. I infect others with my energy and encourage them to be playful too. I uplift people and spread sunshine wherever I go.
I am known for respecting every individual that I interact with. I behave with the intellectual recognition that we are the way we are, because of our cultural backgrounds and influences. I genuinely accept people and focus on people individualy. I have the ability to be comfortable and at ease in my interactions with people who is different from me. I have a high ability for understanding how other people feel and responding appropriately. I know how to treat people with care and sensitivity. I am also known as a willing ear, because I'm empathetic and supportive. I treat people with concern, respect and trust.
I always try to build up the self-confidence of people around me, so that people feel good about whom they are and what they are doing, I believe doing that is to empower people.
I realize that my personal reality is not the only reality, therfore I respect people's views and beliefs and will not impose my own beliefs on others. I have a great sense of tolerance.
I like to challenge the status quo, but know when to embrace the risk and when to walk away from it.
