 About Me |
My name is Osée Résidor. I was born in Port-au-Prince, the capital city of Haiti. I have completed all my academic studies. I am currently studying Management (3rd year). Since I was teenager, I was always interested in sustainable development issues, especially the Education and Environment.
I am currently the Secretary General of an Haitan Organization called " Mouvement Social Chrétien Prie Agis (MOSCHPA)", a registered non-for-profit Haitian Organization which work to improve the way of life of the abandoned children living in the streets. I am also a board member of an other Haitian Organization called "Organisation Haitienne pour le Developpement Communautaire, OHADCO", it is an organization which works in the field of the community development.
I participated in a lot of local trainings, conferences, etc. abouts HIV/AIDS, Palitical issues, leadership, Financial Management, parenthood planning, etc. In December 2005, I was successfully completed the GYCA's Project Management (PM) e-course).
I also attended international seminars and conferences such as :
- In May 2006, the UN-CSD 14, in the UNHQ in New York (from 1-12 May 2006) representing the Global Youth Action Network (GYAN) and the United Nations-Commission on Sustainable Development - Youth Caucus (CSD-YC).
- In 2005 (October), I participate in a training about leadership in Hong Kong (China). The training was organized by the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES).
- In 2004, I attended seminar on Leadership in Suriname. Etc.
I believe deeply in JEHOVAH-GOD. I like all the beautifull things of life.
