Hey There!
I'm 17 and currently living in tiny Timmins! Go North! As you read above, I am American born, Canadian raised.
I moved to Canada three years ago from Chicago, Illinois. Living with a blended family, my mother American, stepfather Canadian, I have adapted to the "Northern Canadian" culture.
After graduation, I plan to persue secondary education in either Int'l Development or some form of media/broadcast media.
Locally, I am involved in S.A.C- Director of Fundraising, Stephen Lewis Project in which I plan to raise AIDS/HIV awareness, Mayors Youth Advisory Council, Ontario Young Liberals, Timmins High Journalism Society, Young Leaders on Board, United Way Exec. Board, and of course TakingITGlobal!
I'm curious, and I like to seek adventures that I miss because I'm waiting to think of a plan. To find them, I look for tiny interesting choices and opportunities in life that linger everywhere. I remind myself to remember that I am always making up the future as I go.
