About Me |
Bonjour!Hello!
I currently attend McGill University where I study Renewable Resource Management, Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and Political Sciences. My main concern is the environment and sustainable development as well as poverty reduction and alleviation and peacebuilding, in Canada and in the surrounding world. I am especially taken by issues surrounding water and its distribution as well as the politics of water. But really, I love anything concerning world politics and the environment and the outdoors.
I am an avid scuba diver and photographer (including underwater photography). If anybody out there is in the Toronto or Montreal and would like a scuba diving buddy, please e-mail me!
This past summer, I was in Bangladesh and India where I shot a documentary regarding different NGOs in the environment and health sectors. I also fundraise for an orphanage and girls school in Rangpur Bangladesh. Currently, I am involved in Engineers Without Borders, Habitat for Humanity and OXFAM. I am also working with a group of people organising the Paix Quebec Peace Conference.
I have a lot of ideas and I love to meet people who want to change the world. Get in touch if you want ideas or just to chat about world affairs. :-)
