Im Richard Kalea, the youthful Executive Director for Ntchisi Organization for Youth and Development (NOYD. It is a registered youth Organization.I have been in youth work since 2000.Im very happy to be in youth work and I have a dream to exprore more in youth work and impart the skills to youth in my community.
