About Me

Samuel holds Postgraduate Certificate in Public Administration from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Advance Certificate in Project Management from the Pan-African Institute for Leadership and Governance Studies and Bsc Agric Technology from the University for Development Studies all in Ghana. He will be starting his MBA in Wuhan University of Technology, China in October, 2008.

Whiles in the University, he was the National President for the University Students’ Association of Ghana (USAG) 2005/2006 as well as a member of National Executive Committee of National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS). He was the General Secretary and later became the president of Tertiary Education Students Confederacy and also the Assistant Organizing Secretary, Public Relation Officer and later Welfare Officer for Students Christian Council. He is a founding member and the brain behind the Youth Parliament in University for Development Studies. He was the Organizing Secretary and later the President for Volta Region Students Association and also the General Secretary for Ashanti Students Union. He was the General Secretary for Campus Crusade for Christ.
For the first time in the history of students’ movement in Ghana, he was awarded in August 2008 for his contribution to university education in Ghana by the Students body.

He was a member of the team which drafted the Nation Youth Policy for Ghana in 2004. He was also the Executive Secretary for Coalition of Liberal Youth which was in charge of all youth programmes during Ghana @ 50 celebrations. He did his National Service in the Office of the President. Adding to his accomplishments, he holds Diploma in Theology. He was the Youth Mission Organizer, Youth Vice President, Outreach Director and now Project Manager for his church, Abiding Word Church.

Samuel participated in the Youth summit on achieving MDG’s in Africa organized by African Sister Cities Foundation in May 2008. He was a Protocol Officer during UNCTAD X11 in Accra, Ghana in April 2008. He was also a Host Official during the Ninth Ordinary Session of the Assembly of AU in Accra, Ghana in June 2007.
He was the official Youth delegate to the 63rd UN general Assemble in Sept. - Oct. 2008.

Currently, he is the Administrative Liaison Officer to the Vice President of the Republic of Ghana. He is also the Executive Director for the Infinity Development Foundation (Youth Empowerment NGO) and the Project Director for the Only Hope (Christian based NGO) of which he was the Director from 2001-2003.
