Hello, Salaam, Bonjour, Hola, Nahmaste, (and all other greetings I don’t know…) Everyone!
My name is Sahira, and I’m a 5th(sigh) year science student. Since I was young I have enjoyed volunteering, helping the community in some way shape or form. If I heard of an event and if I could help out I would be there. My love to help people also extends to learning about new places, cultures and understanding the diversity of the world. I love writing poetry, and just being able to discuss the various issues of today’s society. Thus, when on a trip to Montreal I met a friend who mentioned about this program, I readily became interested and decided to join. (Thank-you Sandi!) So here it is a brief spiel about me and how I came to learn this site. I hope to have future postings and other discussions for now though, toora!
