My name is Victor Ezlien-Taylor, I am a Sierra Leonean. I have worked with many NGOs like IRC in Guinea and Liberia, SPW in Sierra Leone, iEARN in Sierra Leone, etc. I have visited many African countries and only visit Europe once that in france. I have served in various position, Volunteer, Program Manager, Database Manager, System Administrator, Consultant, Project coordinator, Program Director, etc. I established two successful project in Sierra Leone and Liberia.
