This is a dream....a broad vision....and it is the vision of 'Vikaas Abhiyaan'.
This is an association of 'Young Ignited Minds' and 'Dedicated Serving Hands'. It is a Non-Governmental, Non-Profit Organisation aiming at socio-economic development of India (esp. rural India), as well as of the poor and developing countries of Africa, Asia and South America through implementation of innovative ideas and through collective leadership.
Vikaas Abhiyaan is a vision for empowerment of the weaker populace of the world by creating sustainable development and poverty alleviation through innovative initiatives, and through effective scientific management of knowledge and resources.
"Networking of thoughts and deeds of one billion people towards a common goal of making India a developed nation is indeed the need of the hour" -Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.
Vikaas Abhiyaan is a common platform for attaining this aim of networking the vibrant, youthful India in activities of Nation Building; for bringing together people from all walks of life to actualise a Developed India by 2020.
